Nicely done on today's early workouts for you with: Blender - 23 min. Boot camp Lite,Blender - 16 min. LIS (Low Impact Series) Cardio Step,
YT - Sweet Sweat - 20 min. Hit Jump Rope & Strength (enjoyed this one, foundIt yesterday). These all sound fun and challenging. WTG on these great workouts.

Virtual Active- Wild Califronia in its entirety= 70 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- FUNctional Compound Training - 30 min Full Body Workout= 36 Min

YT - Jump Rope Mom - “15 min. Booty & Chest Jump Rope Workout”

Sorry my workout got cancelled today due to DH and errands and doctor blood test, sorry again for the late and cancelled workout.

To answer your question above it was a challenge but I did it. I did modifications she showed because I was tired and worried my balance would be iffy so I op[ed for the moifications. MS fatigue does make for balance issues and other stuff I have to be careful of and modify as needed. The Wild California Ride was amazing but challenging, I really enjoyed that ride.

YT - Paul Eugene - Easy Mini Step Aerobics - 30+min. I really like this guy, he is
Great at calling out cues, he uses a round little mini step, I used my little round
Zumba step...the high step platform would work too. He has a lot of workouts on YT, step, walking, etc.

I had to do EARLY workouts today, cause I have dentist appointment this afternoon,
gotta get a filling, so I will be numb for awhile:(

Hi Nora, you certainly are a “Kaleigh” girl :). I have found so many great workouts and
instructors that I really like on YT too. Because I am doing so many of those, I stopped
my Coffeyfit subscription for awhile.....I realized that I wasn’t going there as often as I do
at times... and I did subscribe to Jump Rope Dudes for a month to check it out. I wish
Kelly would do a ropeless jump rope and egg weight shadow boxing workout...That would be neat....

My Wednesday workouts: (NOT Wednesday, I meant Tuesday :) )

Yes, I have found some great workouts on YT too, so many! I also agree Kelly should do a a ropeless jump rope and egg weight shadow boxing workou, I'd totally be onboard for that. Although right now my heal does bother me and jump rope bugs it with any impact on the heal. So I pick workouts that do not require much in the way of heal impact. Great job on all of your Wednesday workout with the following:

IFit “Cenote Taak Bi Ha Treadmill Walk, Quintana Roo, Mexico” - 15 min.

Myself..:)

My Wednesday (today) workouts were:

Blender - A Little Bit of Everything” - 28 min.

YT - AngieFitnessTV - “Cardio Step, CardioBox & CardioSculpt” with Egg Weights - 36 min. This was fun, the warmup is basically 10 min. Of very basic
Step, then she puts step away, grabs her egg weights and you do 10 min. Of
Boxing with them, and then 10 min. Of cardio sculpting still using the egg weights. A very good stretch at the end. You might want to check it out...
I liked the combos she did with the egg weights....

YT - Jump Rope Mom - 15 min. Low Impact Full Body Jump Rope Workout.
