Yes, I did a lot over the weekend and so I dialed it back a little today. :)

Today was:
Blender - upper body (presses, rows, curls)
Leslie’s 1 mile Booster Walk using the weighted balls.

It's nice to change up things with regards to workouts, it keeps it fun and interestong that way. So good for you dialing it back a little.

Leslie’s 1 mile Booster Walk using the weighted balls. This sounds great a nice way to have a bit of an active recovery day. I found recently I need to encorporate that more to avoid burnout. Bravo on today's dialed back workout, high fives!;)

I liked Tabata Boxing except I had limitations with my fractured arm whike its still healing. Its difficult to do pushups or put alot of weight on arms such as the floor side to side kickouts, thats tough for me. Planks are tough for now I have to modify those moves.

I think house work/cleaning should count as exercise. Good job getting that done and a workout, well done. Nicely done with rhw following workouts: CatheLive Icy Bootcamp ( did warmup, 4 rounds, & stretch), Jump Rope Dudes - Beginner Skipping Rope Workout, Leslie - 1 mile walk with the Weighted Belt. I had to make a correction to my workout regarding FitSplit. I removed it since I had to opt out of it due to time constraints. So I did go back and edit that for accuracy.

I’m rowing, cardio, weighted, jump roped out! :). Of course, I keep most everything
low impact ( especially the “rope jumping“) but I still sweat buckets sometimes.....

I planned to workout today, but was very soar from yesterday's long bike ride, and decided to take a unscheduled rest day.

Nicely done on all of yesterday's workouts with :

IFit - Power Up Rowing Bootcamp Workout 10 - 26 min.
Blender - Cardio & Weights - 33 min.
Blender - another low impact cardio workout - 33 min.
YT - Heather Robertson - Hiit Jump Rope workout - 30 min.

I'd be sweating buckets with those workouts too! WTG! My heal seems to want me to keep workouts low impact until its better.

I pulled my hip flesor today and will rest the rest of the weekend. Hopefully I'll be ready to workout Monday, fingers crossed.

Oh man , I love KCM Build & Burn Kettlebell Kickbox Fusion, that is so much fun, great workout and great choice.

Good workouts……

today & tomorrow will probably be rest days, I have errands to run…so I am not
scheduling anything….but I may end up doing a little something if time permits…you
never know :)
 
Well, I did end up doing one of my jump rope & dumbbells workouts that I created in the
Interval Pro Timer App. It is so neat, I have made up about 5 so far……there’s no video
just the timer and exercises on screen with voice instructions…and it works with my
music on the iPad playing in the background…..kind of like a lot of the jump rope workouts on YT, except no video….it’s my new “toy” :)

Hi Nora, great job on your workouts.....

yesterday I did a blender of chest, back, shoulders & legs....today was a Ski, Ropeless
jump rope and tubing circuit workout I created in the Interval timer app, was 28 min.

I might try for something else this evening....my “current” schedule is done...so I need to
make up another one...have a good day and workout, if you do.
