Hi Nora, we had snow today! I had windows open yesterday, and snow today.
Not a lot, but I did have to clean off my car and shovel my deck twice to keep it
Clear! Crazy!

Great job today....I must check out Kaleigh.....I am finding some neat workouts on YouTube lately....

Today I did:

Cathe 4 Day Split - Lower Intensity Step (warmup, 2 combos & cd/stretch)
Coffeyfit Raw Get Up & Move warmup, followed by YT - Crossrope 10 min.
Jump Rope & Dumbbell Workout.
CatheLive Kick, Jump & Jab (warmup, the 3 combos & cd/stretch)

I planned to workout today but thiongs just went sideways on me. I had to see the dentist today for a broke tooth that happened late Saturday night. He sanded the rough edges to make it more comfortable while we wait for insurance to sign off on a crown, I have two appointments, one in May and June. Dh needed to run errands . I got home looked a looked at the clock ready to workout and it was 6PM, too late so I skipped it today. Sorry for that.

Another high five with your Thursday workouts.....

Today I did a Blender - Lower Body & Cardio Rounds.....it was one of my longer
Blender workouts, 45 min. So that being said, that is the only workout for me.
Time flew by, but I was kind of tired.

ETA: well, I did end up doing the metabolic weight exercises in Kelly’s Cardio
Fit dvd. I programmed the warmup, the metabolic exercises and stretch. Nice
Little workout...I love those metabolic exercises :). Especially the Gunslingers:)

Wow these all sound like super fun workouts as follows: a Blender - Lower Body & Cardio Rounds.....it was one of my longer blender workouts, 45 min., plus added on a metabolic weight exercises in Kelly’s Cardio Fit dvd, yes love those gunslingers. Well, I am back, with a couple more “shorty” workouts :) for Sunday. Apparently I don’t know when to quit.

The Firm Slim without the Gym dvd- 1) Total Body Burn & 2) Brazilian Butt Lift
Both of these workouts are about 10-15 min. Each.

I got a few workouts in early this AM, as I have to take Jack for his year appt and Rabies shot later. Hope all is good with him and he tolerates the shot.
