I planned to workout today, but DH wanted me to run errands with him, so I did. I will do oday's workout tomorrow and perhaps double up this week if I can to make up for it today. Congrats once again on your stellar workouts Sunday and today. See ya at tomorrow's check in.

How are you doing? Are you getting any Spring weather yet? Warmer days, sunshine?, flower blooming yet? My favorite is sushine, the sounds of small aircraft flying and what I call the annual running of the mowers beginning, and last but not least the wonderful singing of the birds.

Yes, we had some warmer weather and now it’s somewhat cold again, although
Today isn’t too bad. Yesterday was awful, like in the 30’s and the wind blew
Tremendously.....I thought Jack & I were going to get blown away a couple times.

Today I did shortened versions of 2 different CatheLives:

“Arms, Legs, Core & More!”
“Double Trouble”

Today I did CatheLive Wicked Upper Body and FitSplit Shred Cardio dvd premix: Shred Cardio only. I have to modify some of those blasts, but pretty easy to do and fun.
