Hi Nora, great job today, you picked another great 2 Kelly workouts, YBB & KB/KB are again 2 that I really enjoy...

Had hair appointment this afternoon, so my workouts were:

CatheLive Functional Fitness Circuit (1st half of workout with stretch which was
About 31 min.
Also did blender - Lift It Back, Biceps & Shoulders.

Hi Nora, Saturday I did CatheLive Functional Fitness Circuit ( warmup, 2nd half
Of workout & stretch) did 1st half on Friday...
Also did a YT workout of “ Ropeless Jump Rope” & Standing Core. Instructor is
Julie Jones, and she shows low impact modifications. I liked it a lot..about 25 min.

Sunday I did another one of Julie’s on YT - Chest, Triceps, & Ropeless Jump Rope, which was about 36 min. I really liked that one too..... I will re-visit both
Of these, I am sure.

Hi Nora, you had a great workout Saturday...we had 3-4 inches of snow!!!! So,
I was shoveling off & on till about early afternoon:(. Plus I stepped on my foot
Wrong or something this AM so I am hobbling around as well....it was 62 degrees here yesterday and snow today and about 9 degrees tonight. Crazy..

Carefully I did do a blender, " Cardio Party Warmup & Extended Chair Stretch"
That will be all until I feel my foot can take it....

Sunday I did a blender - Light Upper Body Muscle Meltdown. My foot feels
Better but I thought I would focus on upper body for a couple days.

Today I did CatheLive Wicked Upper Body ( warmup, Back, Shoulders, & Chest
Rounds, and stretch. That's it, cause I did some cleaning & laundry. The snow
We got is about gone....it is about 60 degrees today...crazy weather....

Sorry to hear about your foot. I hope it feels better. WOW! what a workout with shovel max and a gingerly carefully performed exercise blender, of " Cardio Party Warmup & Extended Chair Stretch".Nicely done by the way inspite of injury. Play it safe.Yes, I definitely would rest your foot maybe ice it or use heat after 24 hours check with Web MD or whatever your experience guides you to do. Please take care of your foot.

I seem to have a foot problem as well my right foot or specifically the heal of my foot hurts and feels bruised. I have had plantar facitis before and it acts just like that. So I Ice it before and after working out to help. Unfortunately there was no quick fix just rest it and ice before and after workingout eventually it gets better. I just need to hang in there and be patient.

Today I did an IFit bike workout- “Royal Navy Dockyards Interval Ride, Bermuda”

Also did Chest & Triceps Superset premix from Gym Style-Chest & Triceps dvd
Which was 32 min.

Hi Nora, great workouts....Aha! Did I get you started on jump rope :). I really enjoy my rope less jump rope and keeping it somewhat low impact....I found another instructor on YT that has jump rope workouts & although she uses a
Regular rope, she suggests & shows a rope less jump rope as an option. It is
Sydney Cummings and she has tons of all different kinds of workouts on YT.
She has a 30 min. Upper Body & Jump rope one that I want to do...she often
Shows modifications as well. The one I really like with Julie Jones is Ropeless
Jump Rope & Standing Core. It’s about 25 min.

Today I did IFit “Mayapan Blue Agave Farm Treadmill Walk, Valladolid, Mexico”
Also did a blender - Leg Day Plus!
