I took a rest day Friday, didn’t mean too, but it just worked out that way :)

Coffeyfit Raw Ripped & Ride-October 2019 (one of my favorites)
IFIT “Simple Rows & Stretches” rowing/stretching workout
CatheLive Wicked Upper Body (this week’s- I bought the download so I did a shortened version- it’s a great upper body workout)

Ifit elliptical workout- “ Fat Burning Endurance” - 26 min.
Blender - “Upper Body with Ball plus Standing Legs” - 25 min.
CatheLive - “Boss Bands & Loops Metabolic Workout” (shortened version) - 34 min.

Speaking of schedules, 2 of my 3 workouts today was not on my current schedule!

Peloton 20 min. Treadmill Bootcamp- Chest & Back.
CatheLive Plyo Legs: Low Impact ( did warmup, several rounds, & stretch)
Xfinity On Demand Indoor walking workout called Steppin’ Out. It was 22 min
And it was ok....found myself watching the countdown clock..kind of boring to me....don’t know where I got that idea from :). Oh well, something different, but
Made me appreciate Leslie, Jessica, & Jenny even more!

STABB is one of my Cathe blender workouts that I put together in the workout
Blender. I now have 1051 blender workouts. Isn’t that crazy? I wonder sometimes if I have any exact duplicates:)

Today’s workouts for me were:

CatheLive Burn Sets: Chest, Shoulders & Back (warmup, 4 rounds, & stretch)
IFIT elliptical workout “Quick Burn Time Crunch Workout #3”
KCM 30 MTF Body Shop dvd- Premix “ Split Body Shop: Back, Biceps & Legs”
And a little BitGym rowing on Tyrol Lake.

My Dh had his second shingles shot ( there are two in the series) and is feelingunder the weather so I will take the day off taking care of him today and tomorrow. No workouts today or tomorrow I should be back on exercise schedule Monday taking off Wednesday for appointment withattorne for estate stuff.

Saturday I did 2 blender workouts, one for abs/core and the other was all low impact cardio using the
step and on the floor.

Don't know quite yet what I will get in today....(Sunday)

Good morning & good for you getting a Saturday workout with 2 blender workouts, one abs and core the other with low impact cardio (step & floor), WTG!! Then you did a Sunday workout with: Ifit (fitness passport workout) in St George Interval Ride in Bermuda, a fun Coffeyfit Raw Lower Body Splits Warm up then a Raw Glute Finisher, and also a fab CatheLive Wicked Upper Body workout. All amazing workouts and no doubt fun too! Bravo & double high fives!!:)
