Yes, I love those egg weights too for boxing workouts with KCM or even walking workouts, good stuff. Nicely, done on yesterday's workouts with: IFit Lean & Strengthen Rowing Workout # 2 CatheLive Functional Fitness Circuit ( warmup, 1/2 of workout & stretch)

Hi Nora, today I did
2 workouts from The Firm-Slim without the Gym dvd- I did Total Body Burn (again) and Brazilian Butt Lift. Both are fun short workouts... and Also
The Firm Total Body Toner dvd which uses a mini ball & resistance loop.
Blender - RIPS Bootcamp Circuit (RIPS stands for RWH, Ice, Perfect, and Strong & Sweaty)
Ifit studio elliptical workout.

That is it!

I see you were kickin' butt and takin' names with those great workout yesterday as follows: 2 workouts from The Firm-Slim without the Gym dvd- I did Total Body Burn (again) and Brazilian Butt Lift, and The Firm Total Body Toner dvd which uses a mini ball & resistance loop. Good job on yesterday's workout. There's nothing wrong with short workouts. It seems a lot of the times it just fits the bill for that day better than a long one. I find that mixing things up is a good way to keep things fun. Good for you getting in a workout, high fives!!! I like Jessica Smith's saying, "You lapped everybody sitting on the couch." That always makes me smile.
