Great job on Thursday's workouts. I sort of forgot about jumping rope so when you mentioned it I wanted to try that again. I do like the ropeless jumpropes do make it easier. Ncely done with : Today I did IFit “Mayapan Blue Agave Farm Treadmill Walk, Valladolid, Mexico”,Also did a blender - Leg Day Plus! Bravo, on your fab workouts. Thank you for reminding me about umping rope again. It's a potent workout in sjhort amount of time, it's get's working done in short order.

I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Hi Nora, yes, I enjoy my ropeless jump rope.....I got hooked on it with the CatheLive
Functional Fitness workout a short time ago and googled the ropeless ones, saw that the
local Target store had the Spri Ignite ropeless in stock.....and the rest is history!

Great Job today with your spinning & boxing with Cathe & Kelly....your spin workouts
always have such neat names!

Today I did:
YT- Sydney Cummings 30 min. Upper Body & Jump Rope Cardio (really liked that one too)
CoffeyFit Raw Upper Body Split Warmup followed by a blender - Quick Fix Barbell add-on.

That will probably be it today...was supposed to do a little vacuuming, but that didn’t
happen....:)

Well, I didn't get to workout today, I wanted to but got side tracked with estate stuff. I hope to do better tomorrow.

I took a break Saturday, but today, Sunday, I did an IFIT treadmill walk - “Punta Esmeralda Walk, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico “. I may do something else later on,
we shall see…..:)

Back again to add Coffeyfit Raw Get Up & Move warmup with blender Quick Fix
Triceps add-on.

On Saturday's KCM Weight workout to help me remember which of the two workouts focused on. In workout 1 Kelly is wearing Green Top- weights focused on back, Legs, & Chest. In workout 2 Kelly is wearing Brown Top- weights target Bi's, Tri's & Shoulders. That's how I keep it straight, there is no YT thing, just my trick to remember.

It’s a boxing workout with egg weights (if you want) all seated in a chair. Can’t wait to
try it. Something different....

I'm not going to workout today because I have to help DH with some estate stuff and need to go to another city too. I'll be back tomorrow with workouts to check in with. Take care;)

Hi Nora, great job....oh I see you did one of Julie’s...did you enjoy? If you like standing core work, try her Ropeless Jump rope & standing core....I love that one, it’s on my schedule to do again soon. I found some walking on the rebounder workouts on YT that I want to do too.

Today I did a “live” IFIT treadmill class, “Build & Burn” which was about 35 min. I liked it,
I hadn’t done a live workout in awhile. Also I did Coffeyfit Raw “ BoxSit” that I Mentioned the other day. That was creative & fun, and harder than what you might think! I used my egg weights. It was 30 min.

Ooh thanks foor the tip on Julie Jones YT workout with standing core work, try her Ropeless Jump rope & standing core. I'll have to check that one out. I did try Phoneix Nation on YouTube. She has severla jump rope workouts using regular jump rope but I just use my ropeless jump rope instead. Oh F.Y.I. I am getting those new risers Kelly uses in her new workouts to use a slanted bench for lifting weights. I also ordered Fitness cards for the Half Balance Ball sdo I can make up a workout using them.
