Well my workout planstoday fell though, no workout today. I will do today's workout tomorrow to make up for it. I see you had another terrific workout yesterday with:

YT- Indoor Walking Workout to the 50’s & 60’s - Improved Health. The music was great in this one, a little Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, the Four Tops.....some of
My favorites...I love the oldies but goodies. Ooh I love oldies and goodies too! Great music Iconic artists.

Awesome job on yesterday's workout, you are an inspiration, high fives!!!

Hi Nora, wow, I was confused for a minute, I read your post and thought those were my
Wednesday workouts….I did post Thursday after…Thursday was Pyramid Pump Chest & Back, and Coffeyfit Raw Cardio Pump Shoulders & Arms…. Not that it matters….

Today, Friday, was CatheLive Kick, Jump, & Jab…I did everything except the short
heavy bag section, I was working out upstairs and my heavy bag is downstairs, so I just
skipped over that little section this time….

I know you will be glad to get back to your workouts…Enjoy!

Today's workout with: CatheLive Kick, Jump, & Jab (everything except the short

great job jumping back into it.

My Saturday workouts were, KCM Trim Down ( I see you did a workout too) I did the
”Kelly’s Favorite Mix” premix.
I also did Power Splits Lower Body ( did the warmup, Lower Body Finishers, & stretch).
Also, CoffeyFit Raw “Get Up & Move” warmup followed by YT - Jump Rope Dudes-“10 min. Jump Rope & Kettlebells”. That was Fun!

Wow! Killer workouts for you today as always with: Saturday workouts were, KCM Trim Down ( I see you did a workout too) I did the ”Kelly’s Favorite Mix” premix. Wow, you outdid yourself with your spinning....3 spin workouts .....you must have a mighty comfortable seat
on that bike you have... LOL :) Way to go!

Hi Nora, great with your workouts yesterday....I am posting what I hope to do today
early since I am here. :)

I plan to do Kelly’s B&B Upper Body Supersets dvd, Shoulders, Chest & Triceps and
the metabolic weights section of last week’s CatheLive. That one had a little more cardio
than I care to do, so I am just going to try & do the warmup, weights and stretch.

Also the Jump Rope Dudes on YouTube have an app, so I downloaded that, and there are a few free workouts to try out. I am going to try the free ones before deciding whether to subscribe for a month. A lot of the workouts in the app are on YouTube, but in the app they are ad-free (I find those ads so annoying, especially when they pop up
right in the middle of a workout). So I will see what happens there.....

Yes, Kelly’s Box & Barre is in the Coffeyfit app and she just put it up this week. It was
30 couple minutes and they used egg weights for the boxing and ankle weights and
chairs for balance for the “barre”. I liked it, especially the boxing parts, and the barre
parts were ok. I was kind of tired already when I did it... By the way, she put a recent
Raw workout on YouTube, “ Slim Sculpt 2”.. I do like that one a lot. You might want to
check it out. It’s 3 rounds I think and you can stop after each round if you want to get
a shorter workout.

Gonna try & watch CatheLive this AM…. see if it’s one I think I have to have :). It’s
PHA which I like.

I didn’t know whether I would do a Workout today or not, but just finished
CatheLive Functional Fitness. I love that workout, so much variety ! It’s a
Long one, so I did the first half and went to the stretch, so that was about a
30 min workout. Have a good rest of your Friday....
