Fit & Fabulous Workout Warriors

Hi Nora, great workouts yesterday ! Yes, I get up very early, as a rule, whether it's a work day or not, but
I also "retire" pretty early each night..... Well, I am happy to report that I did Jenny Ford Walk across
America- California. I really like these, but about 15 min or so into the workouts, I start to get a little
bored....I wish they were only about 20 min. I would do better with them..... I am still only on Disc 2 !

Also, got in a blender Metabolic workout this AM (Thursday)

We are supposed to get 1-3 in. of snow again tomorrow. Ugh! The snow we got a couple weeks ago,
is still here, it's been so cold, it's not going away too fast....and Jack doesn't care for it at all, just
like his mama !

YAY! You did Jenny Ford Walk Across America California today, bravo! That is awesome. I like to egg weights to her walks does make it more fun! Plus I love any excuse to use my egg weights.

I don't blame you or Jack for not wanting to walk in the snow. I'm not a fan either. Oh no, you say more snow is on the way, oh boy send to some place hot and leave your state and city alone.

weights and Bike cool down.
Blender- “20 min. Dumbbell Total Body”

Amazing job on today's workout with the following:

IFIT Power Pyramid Treadmill workout, Peloton stacked workout which was Bike warmup, Standing Arms Toning with weights and Bike cool down,Blender- “20 min. Dumbbell Total Body”. Wow! Those are all great workouts WTG!! Bravo on all those workouts.Oh, I did get to watch KCM's Cardio Fit and it looks really fun, can't wait.

Ok, so it did snow again,but not as much. That is a positive, now just to workout on even less or no new snow. Just need to pray on it and think positive.

Good Sunday morning, Nora, great job yesterday. Did you enjoy Cardio Fit? I believe Workout 1 is the
Kickboxing & Lower Body weights, isn't it? That is so much fun. I just love these new workouts. It is
so funny to watch Sammy's expression sometimes....I just laugh & laugh :)

For Sunday, my workout plan is:

Ifit Bike & Box Workout # 1
Coffeyfit Raw Home Gym Intervals (treadmill)
KCM Super Sculpt & BoxFit (I plan to use my 5 disc dvd player and see if I can program segments
from each of these dvds to include a little bit of each...what I have written down will be about 35-40 min.)
I don't use the 5 disc player to much anymore, unless I want to program a workout from more than
1 disc. It's pretty easy to do and once it's done, it just plays thru each on it's own.

Hi Nora, I see I didn’t post yesterday...whoops...

Last night I did Lite Lower Body Stacked Sets- TimeSaver Premix 3
Tonight I just finished Perfect Pump Upper Body Workout dvd.

I am trying to use my dvds more than I have been, either doing the full workout, as in
tonight’s Upper Body or a premix on them. I stream stuff so much, my dvds were getting dusty :)

Are you getting any of Cathe’s new equipment/accessories? I am not....I have plenty...

I did see that Cathe has some new equipment offerings, but I didn't see anything that jumped out as a must have as I recollect. I do have a lot of fitness toys I have amassed over time.

Hi Nora, great job today, I will have to check out those stretches you do.....

My Thursday workouts were:

Ifit "Boston City Walk, Boston, Mass." treadmill walk
Ifit "Cardio & Strength Chipper" Rowing workout
CatheLive Cardio, Upper Body, Core Circuit (I did warmup, 1st 3 rounds & stretch)

I just downloaded today's CatheLive, "Plyo" Legs: Low Impact. I watched it this AM and liked it, it's all low
impact & alot of leg exercises with the Fabric loop.

Kelly put the four new warmups from the new workouts on Raw, which I love.....She has a lot of finisher
workouts on Raw which really don't begin with warmups, so that's great for me. I always do Get Up &
Move which is kind of a warmup and now I have some choices..and I love the warmups in all the
new workouts.

Rest day Friday, but today I did get in IFIT “North Shore Road Endurance Ride, Bermuda.

Been doing a little cleaning, sometimes I just have to get my priorities back in order :)

Yes, it was a busy day and very time consuming. Tomorrow my DH and I have to meet with the attorney for the estate, not sure if I can squeeze in a workout either before or after the attorney's depending on how late it its after everything. I will do my best to get in a workout if at all possible timewise. I'm kind of bummed about my workout schedule being disrupted, but oh well its temporary I will be ok with it.

Last night I did a blender- Pyramid Down-Back, Biceps & Shoulders

Today was a dvds mix on my player where I programmed chapters from both
Of KCM’s Power Splits & Cardio Fit. Once I had it all programmed in the dvd
Player, it was fun!
