They are fab for you! Make toast, crush sardines with fork on plate, bones and all, calcium, then mash onto your toast and then grill quickly or cook quickly in oven a few mins, then serve hot, with fresh tomatoes on the side, with a dash of salt and pepper.
This is the best of winter comfort food: hot, tasty and extremely good for you.
