Debbie- Sorry to hear that you have poison oak. I have some ideas to suggest that I know do help, Benedryl, Calamine lotion, and Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment (this really soothes and helps). I haven't tried the powerstrike one you mentioned. I love boxing and kickboxing so I bet that would be fun to try. I hope you feel better and get relief. Have a great workout and a blessed day!
