Yay, we made it to the weekend. In hope everyone is enjoying a less stressful Saturday. I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

STS Cardio: HiiT Pyramid= 30 Min

That's it for me today, and tomorrow will be a rest day.

I hope you had a great Sunday or weekend. I got up early Sunday and went to church, really good sermon as usual. I spent the rest of the day catching up on the day's chores and planning this week's workout schedule.

That is it for me today. This was a great run for me today, one of those day where I feel like I could run miles more. Oh well, I'll see if that happens Thursday maybe will be able to push for more miles then. I feel good about today's workout nevertheless.
