CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

Good morning,

HiiT 40/20 is done. I am starting STS M2 tomorrow. I will try to add the workouts I missed (due to my knee) sprinkled. I missed one GS legs and a few workouts in the Low Impact series, mostly lower body. This a by far the longest rotation I have ever done. Although I enjoyed every minute of it, not sure if I will do something like this anytime soon. We shall see!

STS Pyramid up/down DONE
Do STS in its entirety DONE
Take one week off DONE
Do Gym Styles for one month DONE
Do the low impact series for two weeks DONE
Do Four Day Split for one month DONE
Do Shock Cardio Series for two weeks DONE
Do STS Meso two and Meso three

I am debating if I want to start M2 D13 today? I have a doc appointment tomorrow.

Hello everyone, my name is Debbie and I am a foodaholic...

OMG, weekends are killing me. I have to seriously start eating better on the weekend. I feel all bloated today and crappy. No more. I usually let Saturday's be my free day and somehow it turned into Saturday and Sunday. It's gotta stop.

I am going to do three days of cardio and 2 days of total body this week and probably for the next few weeks. I'm not sure why, but I'd rather run than lift these days. So that's what I'm going to do.

Today I did Cardio Coach 3 and had a great workout. Love this one. I feel a bit better after doing it, but really need to hydrate today and get back on track, which I will.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.88 miles, burned 311 calories and went 5764 steps. Avg HR was 133 and Max was 204 but that wasn't right. At the time my FB showed 204 I wasn't even breathing hard. I moved the watch up a little and it immediately dropped to 157, which is probably what I was really at.

Belinda - Excellent job reaching your workout goals, that is very cool!! You've been working hard, nice job!

Nora - Great job with your workouts this weekend!! You go!!!

I did Ice Lower Body Blast before I head out to collect my boys and take them to see their new baby brother Colson Kelly 7lbs 12oz 21” long, can’t wait to go see him. I will be spending the night with the boys and have to be to work early tomorrow for inventory

Today I wanted to do a Total Body so I decided to do High Reps. I usually HATE high rep workouts but I needed a change and this one fit the bill. I did the upper body premix only and weird that it didn't have the back work on it, instead it had the ab work on it. I almost just stopped it after chest and was going to select the back portion but then decided my abs needed the work more than my back, so I did the premix as is. Had a great burning workout, this one is tough. Cathe goes on forever with these exercises.

Workout was 41 minutes, burned 220 calories. Avg HR was 117 Max was 144.

Walked on my treadmill for the rest of the hour. 20 minutes, went 1 mile, burned 106 calories and went 2463 steps. HR was 84/128.

OMG I am so sore today!! Yesterday's workout really made me sore, even my abs are talking to me today! Woo hoo!!

Today I did the treadmill app workout I created called Jogs & Sprints. This is the one I want to master by the end of summer. I did ok with it this morning, but still had to slow down or walk in certain parts of the workout. All in all, it was a great workout.

Workout was 50 minutes, ran 3.75 miles (TM said 3.52 which is weird), burned 355 calories (TM said 502, not sure why my calorie burn is so low) and went 7429 steps. Avg HR was 123 Max was 188.

Roxie - Congrats granny! LOL!! I shouldn't talk, I have 5 grandkids. You will have your hands full!!

Good Morning,

I did Ice Upper Body when we got home from dropping the boys off at daycare. We went up and saw the baby and then came home headed out to their house tonight with supper so they don’t have to cook and hang out until all the storms pass. It was a bad night here thankfully we had both boys in the basement sleeping.

Debbie-none of mine call me granny 2 of them call me grandma one calls me grandmop and the other one calls me meme can’t wait to see what this one calls me.

Today I did Low Impact Total Body Express. I had a great workout, this one was tough. I didn't do all the leg work, but did 4 exercises. Really felt it.

Legs
Elevated Lunges:
12's - 16 reps
Dumbbell Squats: - 20's - 16 reps
Dumbbell Deadlifts: - 20's - 16 reps
One-Legged Lunges: - 5's - 10 each leg - these burned!

Upper Body
Soldier Plank Pushups:
16 reps
Shoulder Incline Press: 12's/16 reps
Lying Triceps Extension on Ball: 12's/16 reps
Cross-Over Leg Pushups: 16 reps
Incline Shoulder Arches: 8's/15 reps
Plank Kickbacks: 8#/12 reps
Alternate Chest Flyes: 15's/16 reps
External Rotation Lateral Raise: 8's/10 reps
See-Saw Pushups: 10 reps
One Arm Row w/Leg Lift: 25#/15 reps
Incline Curls on Ball: 15's/16 reps
Ball Crunches: 8#/16 reps
Stability Ball Pullover: 15#/16 reps
Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curls: 15's/16 reps

Workout was 42 minutes, burned 216 calories and HR was 114/149.

Then I got on my treadmill and did the Tabata workout. Love this one and had a great 14 minute workout. Sweat was flyin'!!

Workout was 14 minutes, ran .96 miles, burned 111 calories and went 1965 steps. HR was 136/181.

So I was looking at the summary of the foods I've been eating and 46% of my eating is fat. Holy smokes!!! That should be half that number. I'm going to have to change up my diet a bit because I shouldn't be eating that much fat, even though it is all good fat. I eat nuts several times a day, I guess I'll have to knock that back a few. I am a big fan of cashews and almond butter.

Nora - I agree with Roxie, you are working out too long each day. That is not good for your body.

Roxie - How cute that each of your grandchildren have different names for you. So sweet!!!

Debbie- Great workout today with Low Impact Total Body Express and then did treadmill Tabata, excellent workout high fivers!!!! I just have one question, What Cathe dvd is Low Impact Total Body Express on? It sounds good. I am cutting back on my workouts time wise and calorie burns. I'm currently doing a Body Beast rotation and want to run 3 days a week and Tuesday, and Thursdays and Saturdays are my non running days and still have Body Beast (on Thursday thru Saturday) so add in whatever I feel like cardio wise on those days/leg work . I am trying to cut back on workout time its just hard for me, I think I might be a exercise-a-holic, LOL!!! Have a beautiful & blessed day.
