CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

Today I did Cardio Coach 4 and had a great workout. No dread factor with this one anymore so I will incorporate it in my rotations a bit more. It's hard, though, no way around it.

Workout was 45 minutes, went 3.43 miles, burned 331 calories (TM said 457) and went 6649 steps. HR was 126/204. Never hit 204, that was not a correct reading. 177 is more like it.

Good Morning,

I had to drop the boys off at daycare so got a late start. Yesterday we finally made it to the lake and it was heaven, today I did Rock’em Sock’em Basic Premix #1 which was the main workout plus Icy Core 1 and Stretch 59 minutes 403 calories burned man my core is weak.

Nora-I preordered the new workouts they sound interesting but I hope they are as low impact as she says they are. I didn’t get the extra Pyramid Pump

Sorry no post, I had an early morning meeting and didn't have time to post. This morning I did Run Fit with Candace and had an excellent workout. Love this workout, I did excellent with it!!!

Workout was 52 minutes, ran 3.93 miles, burned 475 calories (TM said 523) and went 7810 miles. I can't believe I almost reached 4 miles with this. Once again, my TM clocked me less, it showed 3.68 miles. I'm going with my FB as it is recording my steps and it should know better. I hope. Avg HR was 152 Max was 187.

Saw a Orthpeaedist today. He took more X-rays of my knee. I got a shot in my knee which should help for the pain. If the shot doesn't help I need surgery on my knee. I hope the shot will help for the pain. I can't get surgery with Brawler. DH also needs surgery on his knee, he tore his meniscus two weeks ago. We are doing really well, lol. Brawler weights a lot that doesn't help either for us. It is what it is, right? The doc also wants me to continue to keep everything low impact, which I have been doing already.
 
Today I decided to do Muscle Max. I have not done that workout according to my log since 2014!! Holy crap. I've always liked this workout and I did most of it in it's entirety.

My knees seem to be doing well lately but didn't want to chance it with plies. Those hurt sometimes. I also skipped the ab section because I ran out of time. didn't have time to walk on my treadmill either which sucks. I only got 1370 steps with this workout.

Workout was 58 minutes, HR was 116/159 and I burned 312 calories. Every time I looked at my FB it wasn't reading my HR. WTH???

Belinda - Did you get a cortizone shot? I hope your knee is better today.

Roxie - Glad you were able to get to the lake!! That is always a good day when you can do that!

Nora - Great job with your workout as usual! You are kicking it!!!!

I also voted this morning. Ohio needs to drain the swamp!!

STS D17 and SBF stretch is done. I still need to get a ab workout today.

Debbie - yes, I did get a cortisone shot. My knee hurts worst than it did yesterday. Weird? With weight workouts I never get a good step count. Good job this morning.

Today I tried that Powerstrike Millennium workout and it was ok. I thought it would be a bit harder, but it was fun. The women on the workout were drenched with sweat and I hardly broke a sweat. Not sure I'd do it again. I did like the instructors, though.

Workout was 56 minutes, burned 374 calories (not bad!) and it shows I went 5501 steps. HR was 127/209 but I never got up to 209. I bet I never hit 140 so not sure what that reading was from?

So I think I have poison ivy. Not sure how the heck I got it, but it's spreading quickly. I'm going to try and get into the doctors today, maybe they can give me something to calm it down. WTH, summer hasn't even started yet???

I did Ice Upper Body TS #3 Standing Standing Only then Ice To The Mat TS #2 Band and Floorwork.

Debbie-take some Benadryl and use calamine lotion sometimes it can just be in the air.

I did another Low impact workout from YT plus SBF Spring into the Summer rotation D3 Quick Tabata + Back target. I am liking these YT workouts. Very fun!
