Hi, I am sorry to hear your dvds were counterfeit. I had several bids on those dvds but I lost. Then I received a second chance and just missed that. I guess it was good that I lost the bid. Thanks for the information now I will be more selective and cautious about bidding on dvds.

My first DVD I bought from Advancedworkouts.com after watching Cathe on FitTV. Pyramid Upper & Lower. I was sooo hooked. The owner of Advanced Workouts guarantees all dvd's for life, and even buys back ones you don't like in 30 days for full price.
The second Cathe dvd I bought was on Ebay from briantiffhailey (Power Hour+)who was fairly new (under 100 transactions) with a perfect rating until I realized half the DVD didn't work. I complained and got all sorts of excuses that he was vacation and then threatened to leave bad rep plus get in touch with Ebay. He refunded my money, then I find that he is no longer a registered user, but another person is now selling from the same place in Washington. Personally, I don't think its worth it. Jen gives me discounts for multiple purchases and free shipping and it comes out to only a couple dollars more for a new DVD. But I know its legit and working with an honest person, who really gives great customer service. She's even got a sale going on all Cathe dvds plus shipping is free with a $20 purchase.

Advancedworkouts and totalfitnessdvds are good sellers and there is one more I can't remember right now.
Don't just leave feedback. There is somewhere on ebay you can send a report and report this seller. Ebay does not want bootleggers selling there. It is hard for them to control but they will kick these people off very quickly.

The seller saw my negative feedback, and opened an unpaid item dispute, as he had refunded my money. I don't know what will happen with that.... I just finished sending customer support at ebay an email regarding this seller and the counterfeit items. It would be great if the other buyers would also leave negative feedback.

advanced workouts sells one ebay too. I've bought some from them on there. I can't remember their user name but the description says they are THE advanced workouts. It is the same pricing but you can use your paypal.

I just bought Hardcore Extreme, Rhythmic Step and Timesaver, all for less than 7 bucks a piece, then read these posts!! Of course the first thing I did when I got my package in the mail was to look at the back of the disc. The workout names are most definitely stamped into the DVD. Does that it is for sure a real one? Because the cases seem VERY FAKE! Rough texture and bad fuzzy pictures. The DVD picture quality is fine though, basically equal to my other DVDs as far as I can tell...

I too was burned on e-bay. I bought two videos--Step Jam and Step Heat. I knew they would be used but Step Heat didn't even play. I complained to the seller and e-bay, but nothing was ever resolved.
I also bought from the cathe.com Web site, and customer service is excellent! They were able to track every purchase I've made and are willing to work with you if there are any problems. I will always purchase directly from Cathe.com. It's worth the peace of mind.
