Hi ladies,
I just got home from last Spring Fitness Challenge class (bootcamp). My numbers are pretty good considering I'm up 1lb from the beginning of session weigh in.
Weight +1lb
BMI +.1
Here's the good part:
Fat % -3.5
Fat Mass -5.8lb
Fat Free Mass +6.8lb
Total Body Water +5lb
Some of this can be attributed to Xtrain also. Anyway, although I was hoping for my weight to go down, my bodyfat% went down 3.5% and that makes me happy!
I'm going to a conference downtown Tues/Wednesday and will not be working out in the A.M.
Laura-sorry your weekend didn't pan out like you wanted, but you did get a lot done just the same! Hope DH feels better soon!
