Today was a walk on the beach & walking around the town. I’m not feeling 100% hopefully tomorrow.

Belinda - Stretching sounds good, Good to hear your RV is ready.

Cookie - Nice getting in UB & walk. I hope the nicer temperatures and snow holds off until after the holidays.

I did JS month 2 wee 1 TB Shred = 30 min plus PT exercises for my knees.

Debbie - our RV is ready. I have so many appointments this week and next week. I need a break. Great job on your walk. sorry you still not feeling any better.

I am picking up my son from the airport. I will be back for personals later.

Today was a walk on the beach. We spent some time on the beach but I fell asleep LOL.

Belinda - Great job with JS TB & PT exercises. It sounds like you have lots of appointments, it can be overwhelming.

Cookie - Nice to hear you are having nice walking weather. Not looking forward to heavy clothes.

Hi,

Today was a walk at the beach. We are feeling better DH still has a cough. We spent the day at the beach. The balcony work is still going on so noisy. We are able to see outside which is nice. They are moving the sand with 4 big trucks all day long to the beach areas that lost sand. I was able to nap even with all the noise

Belinda - Great getting a stretch in before your eye appointment. Enjoy your visit with your son.

Cookie - Great getting in a walk. We are getting the rain tomorrow in FL but hopefully we get some in NJ too.

JS TB Stamina = 40 min and PT exercises for my knees. I try to get a walk in later.

Debbie - glad you both are feeling better. You must live close to the beach, glad you got another walk in.

Cookie - great job on another walk. Did you say snow? Yikes. Yes, it was about the cataracts. How long did you had to wait to workout after surgery? I can‘t remember…how close apart was your surgeries? My 2nd one will be beginning of Jan 25. Did you had any discomfort after surgery?

I will get moving. Have a great workout and day.

'Evening! Beautiful weather here. Today was even warmer than yesterday! We went for a walk, but there were many other folks out also, and our walk ended up being more of a stroll because of stopping to chat.

Deb, glad you're feeling better. You must still be recovering if you were able to sleep through that noise.

Belinda, a neighbor told me we're supposed to have rain and snow the end part of this week. It has been very dry here. The surgeries were six weeks apart with no exercise for a week, or til cleared by dr. I didn't have discomfort after, and I hope you don't also.

Hi,

Today was a walk on the beach. We ran errands, more furniture shopping. Basically we just ordered a bed, I couldn’t decide on dressers. I hope I will be able to coordinate later on.

Belinda - Great job with JS TB stamina & PT exercises. When is your eye surgery planned?

Cookie - It’s great you are getting nice weather. It’s funny how everyone comes out to enjoy the nice temps. It is much cooler here and rainy but it works out we can deal with the condo issues.
