'Evening! Walk and Essentrics today. Have a busy work week coming up so decided to take today as a more relaxing day. Had tickets to a play and gave them to friends. It was nice to just have a slow day.

Deb, we had snow yesterday and another dusting overnight. Our plow guy is very happy this year!

Belinda, sorry to hear you were in ER and that you have Covid. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi,

Today was a walk outside. It wasn't too bad but the sun went in when we were walking so a little chilly. I also made my monthly sauce.

Belinda - I hope you are feeling better.

Cookie - Nice getting in a walk & essentrics. We think we finally found a snow plow guy but luckily we have not had to call him yet. A relaxing day is nice:)

'Afternoon! LMS Functional Barre today. No walk since it's been snowing all afternoon.

Deb, oh I bet your house smelt so good with the sauce cooking! I'm enjoying the slighter longer time with day light.

Belinda, hope you're resting and feeling better.

Hi,

Today was a walk outside & LMS Functional Pilates. I didn't realize till I saw the email but today was sign-ups for Cathe's NJ RT. I signed up.

Belinda - I hope you are starting to feel better. Did you sign up for the RT?

Cookie - I enjoyed the Functional Pilates. I think this was my last walk outside it gets windy and cold again tomorrow. I'm surprised you had snow today, boy you are getting a lot this year.

Deanna - Have you been doing Cathe workouts for long?

Hi Debbie! I actually started doing Cathe workouts back in the late 80's when she was on TV. I stuck with her, & a few others until I got really sick in my 40's. So, there was a few years where I didn't do anything. I've finally completed my Cathe collection (minus the cycle workouts) & am having so much fun doing ones that are new to me. Plus, a lot of fun revisiting ones from back in the day.

I am starting to feel a little better. I have this horrible medal taste in my mouth from Paxlovid. No fever. Still resting. My eyesight is still blurry. Still prepping for surgery #2.

Debbie - thank you! I didn’t sign up for the RT this year. Too much going on. Did you?

Cookie - I am getting lots of rest. Did you see blurry after your surgery? If so, when did you started seeing perfectly?

'Evening! did an older athletic yoga workout. Trying to go thru dads and decide if keeping any. Also met my uncle, a sister, and some of each of their friends for Tuesday night dinner.

Deb, yep, more snow today again, but much lighter. What did you think of the Pilates workout?

Belinda, hope you're feeling even better now. My eyes were each a little blurry for a few days after. Will you be able to have surgery with Covid?

Deanna, your story sounds a bit like mine! Hope your health is much better now. There's only a couple of Cathe's I don't have b/c I worry about aggravating my sciaticas. Plus I mostly use the OnDemand anyway.

Belinda - Happy to hear you are feeling better. Will you have to wait to get your other eye done since they are blurry?

Cookie - It sounds like you had a nice dinner with your Uncle. He must enjoy getting together with you and your sister. I really liked the Pilates workout. I like throwing in different workouts.

Deanna - Cathe does have a big collection and if you include her Live workouts you could never get bored:)

If I had a more reliable internet connection, I might consider lives. But as it is now, I think it would just get me frustrated.

My surgery for tomorrow is still on. Great job on your workouts, I can’t wait to get a good walk in or workout soon.

Debbie - thank you. No, I don’t have to wait to get the other eye done. My left is my good eye. My right eye, I couldn’t see.

Cookie - I do feel much better. Thank you. My right eye is still very blurry. That is my bad eye, I think it just needs more time to get used to the new lense. I am over Covid. I am on Paxlovid. I am on day 6. I should be good.

Deb, I find running errands to be exhausting.

Belinda, glad you're doing better. It definitely took me quite a while to get used to the lenses. I got glasses in November, and still feel like I'm getting used to them being trifocals.

Deanna, I heard you on internet access. We used to live in a rural area with a satellite dish. Now we have high-speed and I'm just love it.

Today was a walk at the gym & zoom yoga. I have been working with the contractor to finish up the work in the condo. We faced time today and that was helpful.

Belinda - Good luck with your surgery tomorrow. It's probably best to get them close together recovery will be over before you know it. Great your covid is over. It's so cold to step outside so nice time to be getting your surgeries.

Cookie - Sorry so much work, I'm sure you are looking forward to the weekend.

Deanna - My ipad is older and it gives me trouble with the internet, so frustrating.

Yeah, it can be frustrating at times. The buffering is so annoying. But the total disconnect is even more annoying.
 
Hi,

I had to report to the hospital at 7:30 am, got prepped with 3 rounds eye drops. My left eye is so dilated, just to find out all surgeries got cancelled due to electrical problems. I was released from the hospital around lunch time. Surgery will be next Thursday.

Debbie - unfortunately all surgeries got canceled today. Wished I had it behind me, have to go through it for the 3rd time. I can‘t wait to take a walk outside. It‘s freezing here.

Cookie - I think it will take me awhile to get used to the new implants. I have no patience, lol My doctor thinks I probably would need another surgery if I don‘t want to wear glasses. We have wait and see.

Deanna - i know how you feel about the internet. I hate buffering especially if you in the middle of a workout. So annoying.

I didn‘t get enough sleep, getting some rest. I will check in later.

Today was a walk at the gym & STS Total body. I am getting ready for FL, we leave early Saturday.

Belinda - Oh, that must be frustrating to get there and have your surgery cancelled. It sounds like the airlines;) Thursday will be here quickly. It must have been a nightmare for them to reschedule everyone.

Cookie - I hope today was easier for you.

'Evening! A colleague is sick, so I took over her meetings yesterday plus mine, and that was my workout!
Today was an indoor walk.

Deb, are the renos in FL almost done? Bet you can't wait to see what has been done.

Belinda, boy that must have been aggravating.

Deanna, that's a beautiful image. Do you live in the country? Probably, since you mentioned internet issues...
