Evening,
We just got into DC, staying tonight at DD condo.Traveling is sucks. My infusion is in the morning. We had a lot of fun yesterday. Saw a wild alligator at a pond yesterday. He was just hanging out. Got a great picture too. Got in lots of steps at the airports.
Debbie - it rained yesterday, they had to move the wedding indoors. Glad you took a rest day. I am tired from the flight today.
Cookie - we left Fl this morning. My infusion is early in the morning. My kids are still in Fl.
I will be back tomorrow.

Today was a walk outside it was actually nice out. I enjoyed the weather, it won’t last for long.
Belinda - it’s disappointing that travel is a PIA these days. I guess the only good thing is you do get lots of steps. I always think it must be a bummer when it rains on your wedding day in FL, since most days are sunny. Good luck with your infusion tomorrow.
Cookie - I’ve been wanting to try the new workouts, hopefully right after the New Year. Hopefully it was warmer temperatures by you it’s nice to walk not bundled up. I did relax, watched a couple of Christmas movies.

I did JS TB today. I got a good night sleep last night. Feeling a little better today, I had coffee late afternoon, I hope it will not keep me up all night long.
Debbie - I am glad to be home, not sitting at the airport. We had a 3 hour layover in Detroit. The flight it self wasn‘t that long. Wished they had a direct flights. It was pouring when we left Fl. Today was a walk outside & zoom yoga. We called last minute the German place we go to in the Catskills to see if they have any rooms open for New Year's Eve. They tell us each year to come it's a lot of fun, this is the 1st year it will work for us. We also decided since the weather isn't too bad it would work. I am having some doubts do enjoy a quiet New Year's at home.
Belinda - Great job with JS TB. It's good you slept well, I bet the traveling helped.
Cookie - Great getting in Essentrics. It was in the mid to high 50's here, all the snow is gone too. I heard it will be getting colder after the new year

I did JS Cardio Core Flow and a dance workout today. I have my surgery in 8 day‘s. It‘s getting close.

Happy New Years Eve! Hope it is a wonderful one, with good health and happiness for us. Got in to walks today - a little over 10 miles total and part of the new functional lower body. Quiet evening for us - the couple we usually spend NYE with are visiting one of their daughters who lives in England.

We had a quit evening at home. I did JS TB. Took Sadie to the groomer today. She needed it. She looks so cute. I am getting surgery next week. I was going to start Cathe rotation, I will wait until after I am done with both surgeries.

'Afternoon! Sorry for not checking in yesterday. We did 13.5 miles. We came home and dh slept for a couple of hours! Taking today as a rest day with some Essentrics. Now we both have a real nasty cold. Of course, dh's might be fatal, At least he's acting like that. I'm taking the afternoon off and am catching up on emails and small computer things. Hoping to be able to be back in action tomorrow.
Deb, hope your electricity is/was restored soon. It must have gotten very cold. Did you lose any food?
Belinda, are they doing both eyes at the same time? I had six weeks in between each, and then 6 months later had to go back for repairs. Seems like you're enjoying the JS workouts.

Cookie - I am scheduled for the 8th and 16th of January. My lenses didn‘t come in time in Dec, he did scheduled me in Dec…4 weeks apart. Great job on your 13.5 miles. Kudos to you for walking in those temperature.

Today was a walk at the gym & Butts & Guts. New Year's was fun, but I do like be at home and watching the ball drop and show at Times Square. The German place we were at had a great band, it was a mix of Rock and Roll and German songs. I mixed drinks a big no no for me, so woke up not feeling well. I felt the need to try some of the German liquors Slept most of the day.
Our electric came on in the early morning so only about 10 hours.
Belinda - It was your eyes, I had a feeling I mixed it up. How much time do you have to take off from working out? Happy to hear you got your groove on, nice way to start the new year A famous Opera singer from Munich Germany (can't think of his name now) was visiting family and sang a few songs in German. He was very good.
Cookie - That was a lot of miles, I would have slept too. Sorry you are both sick, too funny about DH's might be fatal. Men and sickness The good thing it is after the holidays. We didn't lose any food it stayed pretty cold. I put extra blankets on the bed which helped a lot. Our bedroom is over the garage it was always cold, we changed the garage doors to insulated ones and it made a very big difference.

Belinda - Great job with JS Met con 3. One week isn't too bad to recover from surgery. Even though that will be hard for you DIL was saying Penne didn't like the fireworks. She said someone told her to get a special dog coat to help with the fireworks.
Cookie - I hope you and your DH are feeling better. Hopefully you have lots of chicken soup.

Debbie - glad you had a nice time with your mom and meet the baby. Those special thunder blankets only help so much, they still scared from all those loud noises.Someone told me they train puppies for not getting scared by shouting at a young age, so they get used to the loud noises.
I will do a workout today and tomorrow. I can‘t workout the day before the surgery. Not sure why?

'Afternoon! Boy, that cold really hit me hard. Still stuffed up and have a sinus infection. Today is the first day dh has been able to act like he might make it. It's amazing how i can physically be worse, and he thinks he's dying. Plus, he has to do a public death, not one in the bedroom. TG I love him!

Belinda, we'll be thinking of you on Wed with your surgery. Luckily our current two dogs are bothered by fireworks. Some of our others really were. One did tremendous damage to the house, breaking doors, chewing moulding, ripping screens, ...I would worry every time a storm was predicted and we weren't home.
