A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using
sets of 5 pounds thru 15 pounds)

I was finally able to do this one this am and loved it. It was a great pace. Love the extra shoulder finisher at the end. I think I am going to try and blend a similar workout because I really like the rep and weight ranges and you can never go wrong with adding band work. Thanks for another great one, added it to my favorites list!!!
