Also love this, but would sub a different abs section in there. Perhaps one of the STS ones? Weights and plates as you'd already have the discs out.

I have thought long and hard on this and based on the other DVDs Cathe has and the premixes available on the DVDs, this is what I would love to see:

1. Cardio Core Circuit warmup
2. Intensity Low Impact HiiT
3. Slide N Glide cardio only
4. To The Max Low Impact Slide N Glide Tabata
5. Cross Fire Low Impact Tabata
6. Pure Strength Abs
7. Cardio Core Circuit

I was trying to pick low impact options that didn't require the use of a step so that it would be a good workout that could be used at home or on the road!

I love this idea! It would be nice to have on weeks like I just had with a horrible cough that jumping around only made worse! (But, Cathe, I LOVE jumping around with you normally! :p) Shilo, great idea!

I would love to see a compilation of your excellent floorwork. (similar to Ab Hits) :

Warm-up (6 minutes) Butts and Guts

1st segment "Lower Body Blast" floorwork paired with "Legs and Glutes" floorwork (approx. 22 minutes).

2nd segment the floorwork from "Gymstyle Legs" (approx.24 minutes)

3rd segment "Butts and Guts" leg floorwork (approx. 20 minutes)

4th segment STS Meso 1 Disc 6, Disc 9, and Disc 12 floorwork only

5th segment would be from "Pyramid Lower Body" (13 minutes)

Final stretch from "Lower Body Blast" (6 minutes)

Bonus segment from barre segments from either XTrain legs or Lower Body Blast Legs combined with the chair segment from STS Meso 1 disc 3 chair segments.

This would be good but it can't be more than 75 minutes total with warmup and cooldown...I'm sure they could "tweak" it to get the Ultimate Floorwork compilation mix!! :)

I love the blasts from IMAX2 and Lo Max. Would love to see these intermixed with upper body. Some of my favorites are- CHEST= H ST TR or Power Hour. BACK=High reps or STS total. Delts= High Reps. Biceps= Power Hour. Triceps= High Reps or MMax. Or als0 2 Imax 2 intervals between each PYR-Upper section. Way too many choices. For the bonus Intensity Bootcamp and TTMax fitness tabata. I'm enjoying reading eveyone elses picks. You all ROCK.
 
Another vote for a combined combos DVD. RS, SB, AS, SM, LIS LIC, 4DS HIS and LIS are the only ones I can think of that aren't already on a compilation.
I love the combined combo bonus from BM2. No break down makes me focus and have fun. That bonus is brilliant!

I love this idea! For the bonus how about Step Blast Challenge (with or without the blasts depending on time) and LIS Low Impact Challenge All Combo's and the Cardio Blast-or just the Cardio Blast (depending on time).
 
Here's my fave cardio I put together:

It works out to about 65 minutes.
 
I would love an all cardio workout combining all the high step moves from your high step workouts and mixing in hi/lo or kickbox segments.

Another wish is to have standard body part chapters from your total body workouts with lower body floorwork sections (bridges, side leg lifts) and abs with premixes to separate into 30 minute body part mixes or do as a combine 70 to 80 minute workout.

Last option is to have another set like 4ds with 30 minutes of cardio with 30 minutes of weights.

I also love the suggestion of the Imax To the Max suggestion. Picking our favorite blasts.

My favorite step with the blasts are #4 and #5 from Imax 2.

I also love the 1st step section and blast from Low impact circuit.

One of my wishes to put all Cathe's excellent band work together...like the tricep push down from 4 Day Split triceps, and 1 arm overhead french press from High Step Challenge, Kickbacks from Muscle Max.
I also use the back band exercises from Travel Fit(seated double arm pull) and Athletic Training(seated 1 arm band pull..excellent!) to use in substitution of the first 2 exercises of STS Meso 1 back work in Week 2,3,4. I really feel my back muscles on these floor exercises using the band and tubing.

I positively loathe step - so with that said, my favorite would be any combination of anything else Cathe has done - (if cardio, low impact please). This is making me think I may have to break out my Bootcamp soon. Haven't done that one in forever!
