Cathe's Greatest Hits?

Oh i remember supersets but my fav total body was push pull. That one is totaly adaptable, fun loved the music ij loved all the body blast
 
I've included my favorite cathe cardio segments. My mix begins w/8 step intervals from imax 2 & 3 (1st interval would be imax3 interval 1. Otherwise I’m not particular about order). After each step interval is a blast comprised of two 1 min Hiit 30/30 segments. Hiit 30/30 segments 1&2 for the first blast, 3&4 for the second blast, etc.

Step Interval/Hiit Favorites:
06:10 - B&G warmup (or Hiit 30/30 warmup)
04:30 - Imax2 intervals 3, 4, 5
07:30 - Imax3 intervals 1, 2, 4, 7, 9
16:00 - Hiit 30/30 segments: 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16
06:00 - BM2 Bonus Cardio (all finished combos)
15:30 - BM2 Power Circuits (step&blasts only)
03:00 - Step Blast Challenge (1 run through combos, no blasts)
11:00 - Intensity Low Impact Hiit & short cooldown
07:00 - B&G stretch (or Athletic Step stretch)
Approx. 76-77 min total
Add-on: Afterburn Express Intervals 1-5 premix - 20:00

(Unfortunately I didn’t have room left to include the 9 minute Rhythmic Step challenge segment.)

There could be premixes for all step, 30/30 hiit, low impact, and the same imax step segments with Afterburn blasts/Intensity low impact blasts in between rather than hiit 30/30.

Blasts: from Low Max (25 minute pre mix)

Abs: from cardio & weights

Bonus: anything to Imax2's pina colada track
 
Love the idea of an all out Imax 1-3 combo or Step Blast/Rythmic Step combo.

One of my favorite mish-moshes is Supersets + Lo Max step blast premix. It times out at about an hour.

Would love an all weight work combo of Muscle Max and High Step Challenge.

Athletic Step + Low Impact Challenge.

What a cool idea! Cathe, thank you so much for the chance to pick your greatest hits DVD.

Here are my picks for a moderate intensity, steady state, fun step workout:

cardio and weights cardio #2

stretch from step works

This is about 46 minutes steady state cardio.

I also like someone's suggestion to string a bunch of warmups together to make a low moderate intensity workout.

Greatest Hits

I love the idea of a greatest hits workout I love a total body workout that makes me feel great afterwards leaving my body sweaty and sore ;)
Here's a suggestions:

Supercuts - Timesaver + Core 1 - 38 minutes
STS Total body - Upper body only- 24 minutes
and finish off with One Routine of Total Body Stretch - 13 minutes

Total 75 minutes of a total body workout with a good stretch in the end.

It would be so nice to meet you someday Cathe you've been a great inspiration for me to stay healthy by eating clean and exercising and loving life.
 
I usually lurk but this has me excited!!

So many great suggestions here...love the imax 2 with weights in between. My thought:
Warm up and step: Intensity (36:30)
Upper Body: Body Max (20)
Abs/core and stretch: turbo Barre (7:34) (7:42)
Total time:71:46
Bonus: Body Max 2 Power circuits (29)
 
OK, I'm going to be greedy and suggest that Cathe release TWO of these---one higher impact and one low impact!
 
I would love to see a compilation of your excellent floorwork. (similar to Ab Hits) :

Warm-up (6 minutes) Butts and Guts

1st segment "Lower Body Blast" floorwork paired with "Legs and Glutes" floorwork (approx. 22 minutes).

2nd segment the floorwork from "Gymstyle Legs" (approx.24 minutes)

3rd segment "Butts and Guts" leg floorwork (approx. 20 minutes)

4th segment STS Meso 1 Disc 6, Disc 9, and Disc 12 floorwork only

5th segment would be from "Pyramid Lower Body" (13 minutes)

Final stretch from "Lower Body Blast" (6 minutes)

Bonus segment from barre segments from either XTrain legs or Lower Body Blast Legs combined with the chair segment from STS Meso 1 disc 3 chair segments.

I would LOVE a compilation similar to this (oh... I think I said this already :) )

This, plus KickMax Leg Conditioning Drills. I'd also like STS abs plus all newer ab work combined on one disc...
