Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 9:30 am EST we’ll be doing “Butts and Guts 2”. Get ready to embrace this challenging workout that will hit you from the waist down. We’ll start with heavy barbell deadlifts to get the glute's attention and continue on with a series of glute-focused, weighted exercises (while revisiting the heavy barbell deadlift quite a few times in the process). From there we’ll shift our focus to a variety of core-specific exercises using the stability ball. Are you ready to embrace the challenge?
Equipment Needed:
Heavy loaded barbell for deadlifts ONLY (or heavy dumbbells if preferred….and of course, you don’t have to lift heavy if you prefer not to)
Various weighted dumbbells (we’ll have 10s, 12s and 15s in class, but have 20’s handy at home if you’d like to use them)
Stability Ball
