I've always been a fan of EB eggs. Now I think of Cathe when I pick up 3 dozen each week. We go through a lot of eggs in our house

Now if they would only team up with costco so I can get them in bulk! I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge and the kids constantly munch on them.

I've used Eggland's Best for years. I think it's great that Cathe has teamed up with them. I had me my omelette this morning with zucchini, tomatoes and feta cheese. Yummy!

Eggland prepared this soufle at yesterday's event. It was sooooo good (although a little salty). I am planning to make it next week while visiting my parents.
