Bodybuilding/Sculpting check-in;-)

Ok, pardon me while I yell for a second...SHE CAN'T COUNT!!! Phew, I feel better. :D She'll tell you the move will be 12 reps, and when you are on rep 10 or 11, she'll say there are 5 more reps. It is so annoying! I just keep my own count and stop after the right amount of reps.

I shall remember to do my own couning. This is annoying....Relying on the instructor counting and then
all of sudden you realise she/or he can not count. It break the workout flow.
I hear you on that, Jodi.
 
Today was EBE2 Peak Week Cardio again, this time at my regularly scheduled afternoon workout time. Was it any easier? Not really! It is a tough HiiT workout.

I followed it up with the premix from ICE LIS which has Cardio 2 and the BB. Between that and Peak Week, I was wiped out when finished!

Good Morning Ladies! Today was leg day for me, and I had a good one! I decided to do all squats as bench squats, and though I have only done these a few times, I was able to go 50# heavier than I ever had...STOKED!! I did 10 sets total on bench squats, 3 sets of barbell calf raises. 3 sets dumbbell reverse lunges, 1 set donkey press (unweighted) and Nathalie, I did 1 set of Brett's staggard deads, using dumbbells, for each leg...could really feel it!! Have a great Tuesday everyone!!

Fantastic Tom, I bet you are happy with this variation taking off balance element. I tried it and it felt great. Now I am planning to add it while doing meso 3.

Calf raises with Barbell, that is a good one to try out.

Good Morning Ladies! Shoulder day here, and as usual, I started with strict press. I tried to work up to my last pr, didn't get that one, so I punished myself from there. I dropped 15#. and did two doubles, dropped 10# and did 3 sets x4x4x3, dropped another 10#, and did 4 sets, x6x5x5x5, dropped another 10#, and did 5 sets x 6reps. Next were side laterals, 3x10, and rear delt flys, 3x12, dumbbell shrugs, 2x30 and finished with 1 set of cable crunches x40. Got in a "ton of reps" and that cant be bad...right?? Missing ladies, Svetlana and Jen, hope all is well!!
 
Got an arm day in today, very light but tons of volume! Did 42 sets and it felt great! Hopefully elbows will let me "load it up" soon! I did a tri set to start, using an ez bar, skullcrushers/close grip bench/ez bar curl, doing 7 sets x 10. Next a superset tri pushdowns/dumbbell curl, 4x10, then crossbody tri ext/conc curl 4x8, and finishing arms with bi isos 1x50/ close grip pushups 2x25. I finished the w/o with inclined sit ups x30 x20, side planks 2 sets x 45 sec, and cable crunches 1x25. I have meetings in Kansas city over the weekend and leave tomorrow early, but I got my week of lifting in, so I feel good! Hope everyone is well and have a great weekend All!!
 
Yesterday workout was Low impact challenge. I have not done this for a long time.
Today Pedal power. Opted for the extreme premix 71 minutes

Hi all! Yesterday was EBE2 Weighted + Plyo Glutes. Another tough workout. This one also alternated strength and cardio moves, but it was not exactly contrast training. Again, her counting is not great. In this one, the two exercisers seem to be keeping track of reps and try to stop at the correct number, but then Ingrid tells them, "one more, one more!" Kind of funny to watch.

I also added on Core 2 and the cool down and stretch from ICE CLBB.
 
Yesterday was Pyramid Upper Body, minus the core work at the end. It's been awhile since I've done this workout. I was able to up my weights for...EVERYTHING!! :eek::eek::D:D Woohoo!! I am surprised and happy with the progress made, such a good feeling.

Today is a rest day, and my upper body needs it.
 
Hello, where is everybody?

Yesterday was the treadmill.

Today was EBE2 Weighted Legs again. I went up in weight for a few of the exercises. I also added on a segment from Total Body Stretching since there is no stretch on any of the EBE2 workouts.
 
Sat. I did a Hodge podge wo, bench, shoulder press, incline sit ups, kettle bell swings and light curls. They had a great gym at the hotel I was at...wish I had more time to use it! Monday is coming, I hope to " hit it in the mouth" tomorrow. Hope all had a great weekend!!
 
Good Monday Morning ladies! Had a good chest day, doing 15 sets of flat and inclined bench, working up to a triple at a respectable weight for me and doing some longer sets on the way down. I finished bench with inclines, doing 5 sets of 8, then 1x40 cable crunches and 1x25 pushups to finish off chest...and boy did it! Hope everyone has a great week!
 
Tom: Isn't it fantastic when you are really ready for a great workout, you get in a hotel gym and realise
there is enough equipment to get the job done. I know how hotel gym can be limited in equipment:)

Nathalie, yes, I have done it and love it! The whole DVD is definitely one of my favorites.

Today was disappointing due to weather issues. :( I did EBE2 Weighted Upper Body, but the 30 minute workout took an hour to finish. A very extreme thunderstorm came through, and I was interrupted by a leaky window and my concerned hubby calling from work to check on me. Oh well, I guess it's better than nothing!

As to pyramid, yes last time I did it was awesome. I loved it even more than the first time I attempted.
I did step up with weighted vest and barbell, boy I felt each step move in the middle of the cheek LOL:p:p;)
Me and you both know what cheek I am referring to.:D;)
 
Good Morning Ladies! Lat day here and not a great one, but not every day is. I did 4x10 on lat pulldowns, 1 x10 dumbbell rows,(some elbow soreness, so after dropping 20# and trying I gave them up). Next I did 5 sets of deadlifts, but I had some low back soreness on the heaviest set and dropped 50#, but just did 1 rep due to concern. I am being really cautious, but if I had listened to my body previously I wouldn't have the elbow issues I now have! I finished with 1x18 set of, again,lat pulldowns. I apologize for this font, but I'm such an idiot I don't know how to get it changed !!lol! Have a great day all!

Since I felt like my upper body got cheated yesterday, today for my cardio I choose Hard Strikes, the premix which includes the heavy bag bonus. Upper body definitely feels worked now!
