Hi everyone,

What are your thoughts on BM2? I definately will purchase drill max and butts and gutts but am not sure about BM2 and also 4dsplit....worried about choreography.

Any input would be helpful, thanks,
Aggie

Body Max 2 is very vestatile... I will kindly encourage you to buy it, you can not go wrong with it, you can do the workout as is designed (crosstraining with step, intervals with lower body, and upper body) or it has so many premixes: Let me see how many I remember.
Bootcamp, wich is like the Bootcamp workout of the intensity series, cardio, lower body, upper body and abs and then repeat.
Cardio and weigths, wich is like the workout with the same name.
Doble Upper Body, a killer!
Scambled Eggs, I think this one is cardio,.\

Or you can do the step portion only for a 30-35 minutes step workout...

I haven done this workout in about 9 months (I didnt workout when pregnant) but that is what I remeber.

really, BM2 is a keeper!

I love the step portion of this video and I didn't find it nearly as difficult as 4DS HIS. The music is great and makes you wanna move. The double upper body premix is great for a split workout.

Buy It!

I love BM2 - you can't go wrong! It has great premixes so there are many options! I sometimes just do the step when I'm short of time (30 miin), but my favorite premix is Scrambled Eggs!

GET IT!

Another encouragement for BM2. I just did the whole thing today 'as is' and I'm still recovering. What a workout - I was absolutely drenched! I think I like the Bootcamp and Scrambled Eggs premixes best, but hadn't done the full w/o in a while. I agree with the others, the premixes on this make it so versatile, and the step cardio is broken down so that it's pretty easy to learn. Go for it!:D

Hi,

I just did the BM2 Timesaver cardio pre-mix. It is a lot of fun and you will really like this DVD! I would go with this one before the 4DS! I am soooo confused with the step work on 4DS.

Enjoy your choices!
Heidi

BM2 is a rockin' workout. I absolutely love it! And the Double Upper Body premix is so awesome!

The cardio is all fully broken down--none of the moves are just thrown at you. The music is really really great too. Get it and enjoy it!!!:)

Another BM2 Lover!!! The music is just awsome in it and you just can't go wrong with all that comes with it! You can do just cardio, just weights, and combination of the two or go for it and do the whole 90 minute workout:eek:

ok,i may have to do this workout soon:D

Yes, BM2 is a good one! The premix options make this workout so versatile. My favorite is the BC premix.

90 minutes of EVERYTHING! Cardio, interval cardio, legs with weights, upper body with weights, abs. Boy will you sweat like you've never sweat before. What I love the most is that it doesn't require a bunch of equipment just a step, 35lb barbell, 5lb and 15lb dumbells. You'll love this workout because it is really versatile. I love the double upper body premix by the way.

BM2 is my absolute favorite. If I need a whole workout or just an upper body add-on it seems I just keep pulling it out.

I love BM2. It isn't too complicated and really a fun workout. Of course, it also has millions of premixes so there are tons of options if you are pressed for time, just want cardio, cardio/UB, cardio/LB, etc. Worth every penny, IMO.

I really like BM2. I like the premixes, esp the boot camp premix and I like the ab section alot. I feel like I get a great cardio w/o and good weight workout and I get alot of different mixes with all the premixes too.

Love, love, LOVE BodyMax2!

I bought BodyMax2 a couple of months ago and just love it! The cardio didn't take too long to learn, but it will make you sweat! I still haven't done the whole thing straight through yet. I usually do the warm-up and then one or two of the segments (cardio, power circuits, OR upper body). Those power circuits are KILLER! The music takes me back - hadn't heard "Jessie's Girl" in forever.

What is the Scrambled Eggs premix like?

I also have 4DS. The cardio on Higher Intensity Step was difficult for me to learn, but once I got it, it's really fun. I still have to rewind a bit, though!

I have both BM2 & 4DS & I LOVE both of them. Well worth buying IMO!! They have so many pre-mixes that you can never get bored with them. As far as choregraphy I think they are learnable!! The only one I have a little difficulty with is HIS but with repetition I can get it.

2 thumbs up from me!!

I had actually borrowed BM2 from a friend and had to have another one coming before I would return it to her.

I love this one...a lot. And I agree about the music...the moves really aren't that hard to catch on.

4DS is awesome too. The moves look a little tricky and I didn't do the step portions for a long time but did the kick box and weights a lot...now...I love each workout equally. It's really a must have....

Today, I bargined with myself and let me sleep an extra half hour if I did LIS from 4DS. It's a really fun combination...not that hard to learn...
