This was the first DVD I purchased after I bought 4DS and I LOVE it. It prompted me to buy Drill Max and Low Impact Circuit and I LOVE those too. I'm working out harder than I ever have and feel great at the end - that's for sure.
As far as 4DS, I like doing it as one hour cardio or one hour weights or intermixed. I'm not a huge fan of 30 min cardio then 30 min weights. I have to try out the boot camp premix on BM2. Maybe tonight!
