    No kidding on the size thing. I can wear a size 0 at Old Navy. I am 5'2" and weigh 126. Normally wear a 6. When I was in my 20's and weighed 115 I wore an 8.

    RE: Shorter/Intense vs Longer/Less Intense for Cardio G... Not Cathe here, but I think using both styles of training would be very effective. Some days I do short, high intensity training. But when I have the time NOTHING beats a 2 hour hike on a trail!!!

    I have found 1000 mg of evening primrose oil daily has helped me get over night sweats, insomnia, and breast tenderness. I originally started taking it for breast cysts, and have had no more of those since!
