    My DVD skips really badly on Imax right at the end of Interval 5, through the break, and into Interval 6. This really disrupts the flow of the routine. Does this happen to anyone else? I tried cleaning the DVD, but this didn't help. Is this the place for the layers on the DVD? Any other...

    How much warm-up do I really need when I'm doing weights? Lately, I've been cutting back on the warm-up when I am doing strength training. Is this okay? I notice the warm-up in the PS series is very moderate. Also, the warm-up in S&H or Power Hour sometimes starts with lifting lighter...
