I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE IDEA Body Max is one of my all time favorites. I do not always have the time for it but when I do it is the one I reach for over and over again. GREAT IDEA LISA.
I definitely think it's time for a challenging extended workout. I noticed that Cathe's new tapes are just getting shorter and shorter and cost just as much as BodyMax.
I vote for BodyMax2 and MIS2. Going back to just pure weight workouts with no extra equipment like medicine balls or stability balls - just good old fashioned barbells and dumbbells.
It's me again. I agree that her new workouts are getting shorter. I love Cathes longer workouts, such as Bodymax and MIS. Those are the ones I reach for over Power Hour, and even Muscle Endurance because they are longer. Thanks again for making this suggestion.
