    Thanks Carol! It's been rough but we're getting there. Still dealing with a bit of PTSD from it. Trying to get motivated to start ICE now that we're back in our own place now...I'll get there. I know it would be good medicine!

    You won't be disappointed. We had a house fire in October and lost most of everything. The Vitamix survived and works great. Not sure how it did but after I got the soot off of it and ran it, I was in disbelief. I did buy a new canister for it because the old one was so stained from the smoke.

    The Precision Toning workout is a tough one. I started with her Mat Workup and worked up to that one. Endless reps in that one but it does the job quite well!

    Barre exercise did it for me. Look at Tracy Anderson Mat Workout...do the beginner DVD first to learn her method and look at Suzanne Bowen. I'm doing her BarreAmped workout now and love it. I do Cathe Hiit etc. in between. I'm 5 feet tall and big muscles just don't do it for me either.
