Ripped With HiiT Update - December 6th

This picture is just a few of the DVDs that shipped out today. We pack steel cages like you see here that are then fork-lifted onto postal trucks to start their journey to you.

Today was a very good day for shipping thanks to our hard working staff that have been working around the clock since the DVDs arrived on Friday. As of today we have now shipped out at least 85% of the pre-sale orders and we will finish the rest by Monday.

Downloads have now been made active as have the Ripped With HiiT videos on our streaming service.

The Ripped With HiiT User's Guide is only partially up as we have to finish our work on the Workout Manager before we can upload the other pages. You can view what we have up so far at cathe.com/rwh I would wait to print until after all pages have been updated and loaded.

All six RWH Rotations have now been uploaded to the WM.

Hope everyone enjoys the new videos and looking forward to hearing what everyone has to say.
 
Don't know. Going from a text document to what you see on the web is not exactly the same. There still a lot more pages to come though.
 
Just looked at the user guide... So excited to see rotations that also use Low Impact, Xtrain AND STS!! I'm starting tomorrow on the Scrambled Rotation- can't wait for Monday!
 
I'm having trouble deciding where to start! Maybe I'll do the' starting with rwh' before Christmas, and then move onto another rotation for the New Year. I'm starting today, Sunday.....

'before Christmas'? Christmas came early this year! ;)
But seriously, I think that's what I'm going to do, too. It's only 5 days/week, so there's a bit more flexibility around the holidays. I imagine I won't be able to hold back from adding on, but I'll wait and see if I can walk tomorrow (after Lift It HiiT It Legs today) before I make any big plans!
 
I'm starting Monday and see if I can stay on track. I usually end up changing days but usually keep the concept.

I sooooooo do appreciate all of your hard work and effort, and I am really looking forward to RWH. I don't want to be a nit-pick, but I did not see the RWH/Xtrain Rotation in the WM. Just thought I'd let you know in case it was an oversight. (Of course that's the rotation I was thinking of using. ;) ) THANK YOU!!!!!

If we have not yet gotten a shipping confirmation and our order still says processing, should we contact Customer Service?? The last time I pre-ordered something it did not ship and I waited several days before contacting CS. Don't want to make that same mistake!
 
It's very common not to receive a shipping notice Usually hundreds of customers don't receive a shipping notice and everything is fine. I know this event plays out live on the internet and it causes many to feel that their orders were lost, but this is hardly ever the case. We've already received hundreds of requests from concerned customers about their order shipping, but in every case so far there was not a problem. It's really best just to wait to the end of the week before contacting us if you're USA. By then most USA customers will have their orders.
 
I don't know if this is an oversight or still a work in progress but 4 of the sticker sheets have not been uploaded yet. No hurry just FYI.

Thank you for all your hard work. It's amazing all that needs to be done with a new release.
 
This is so exciting. It's the first time for a preorder for me and it's amazing the work that has to go into all of this so I really appreciate all that Cathe and her people do for us! I've been out of commission for the past few weeks so I'm going to have to do a little catching up for the new DVDs!
 
The sticker sheets are something that SNM came up with to use with the Cathe calendar. You can use them with any calendar actually. I use them as my gold star for doing my workout. They can be found under the Fun tab on the home page.

Ah, that explains it! I've never been to the fun tab. Surprisingly because I love having fun!!Must be too busy working out. LOL Thanks for the reply.
