Loved Lower Body Circuit!

I watched that yesterday with an eye to modifying where needed and decided to go with the low impact rotation in the guide so I did the low impact HiiT this morning but that workout looks really good. I love circuit anyway! I've been off exercising now for about 3 weeks so I'll give it a couple of weeks before doing the circuit ones and just follow the low impact circuit.
 
Just finished this one and loved it too:D Since this was my first time, I did only use 1 riser per side, not 2, but next time I'll use 2 risers. I matched Cathe's weight most of the time. I'm not sure how my legs feel since I cannot feel them at the moment, but I'll have to see how I feel later or tomorrow. I've now completed all of the new RWH dvds and loved them all. I think, for me, plyo #2 is the hardest. Cathe seems to be moving a lot faster in these new workouts, so even with them being short in time, the are not easy. It is a truly intense, but fun, series.
 
I just did this one this morning. After a surgery in Aug, I've been taking it easy.. so I was shocked that I was able to follow.. even the jumping. Yeah!
I absolutely love every Cathe workout..
I'm not sure whether to believe the calories burned count on the workout manager since my HRM reads 374. .. the discrepancy is almost half.
Seriously confused!
 
I found this workout to be VERY challenging! I was SERIOUSLY huffing and puffing and my legs were fried! WOW! Since it was my first time doing it I hesitate to compare/contrast this workout with any other, but...I think it was tougher than Cardio Leg Blast! I haven't done LIHI Legs yet, and I still have Plyo HIIT #2 on my plate for today...but so far, HIIT Circuit LB has been the most challenging for me....
