    Perfect 30 Flexibility - how often?

    Snowlover, that's what I was thinking. I stretch for at least ten minutes every day after every workout. However, I wonder if I need to dedicate one day per week for flexibility that is longer than 10 minutes. If so, how long should that dedicated workout be?

    What is your body type - Get to know it to determine an effective workout routine

    Thanks for posting the test! It said I was between an ecto and meso. I guess that makes sense, as I can build muscle easily in my upper body but not so much in my lower body. I don't know how to blend the two methods of strength training though. Any suggestions?

    4 Day Split (Cardio lenght)

    I'm also a cardio hound, but 4DS is great when you want to mix strength and cardio on the same day. She packs a lot in those 30 minutes. Even with the set up in Bootcamp, I found I still got a great workout.

    Well, this answered the question I was about to post LOL! I was wondering since I had Legs and Glutes did I need Gym Style Legs. I would guess a unanimous yes? If so, what would I pair with Legs and Glutes for upper body if I were doing a rotation?
