    Lower Body tri-sets J.F.O. premix

If I had to guess, I think it might be Joint Friendly Options - I think originally they were going to make a bunch of joint friendly premixes and then decided against it when they realized that most of the moves were already joint friendly...

    Any updates?

Oh man am I getting excited to hear more! Every time I see that Cathe is having a busy day or having lots of meetings, I keep my fingers crossed that progress is being made on STS cardio - I can't wait for a blog update!!

    Complexity of choreography

I have seen this comment a lot recently and I agree that there should be a variety in your cache of workouts. However, with the HiiT, MMA, the circuits, and one of the step videos looking like they will not include complex choreography, please don't forget those of us who love Cathe's...

    Selling the workouts individually

I agree. Groupings are great: they expand the possibilities of premixes indefinitely, which is great!!! :)

    HIIT Interval Lengths, Music

Personally, I hope there are some recognizable tunes on all the DVDs. Nothing is more motivational to me than the oldies in IMAX2/Cardio and Weights, or the newer stuff you put in LIC/BM2. I hope you stick to your normal cardio-type music rather than continuing the music you had for the STS...

    Cathe, STS Shock Cardio Request

I agree. Particularly on the super athletic moves that are high-impact, I would love to see low-impact options that can get the heartrate up just as much. I know Cathe is usually great about saying that there are other options and to take it at your level, but sometimes seeing is believing :)

    My two questions

I love premixes and would really prefer the flexibility of having them. Also, I think it would be great to put both step workouts on the same DVD so that you can create more premixes. The delay in shipment and the few problems it may cause would be well worth it in my humble opinion. I...

    Announcing My Next DVD series

I'm curious about premixes too! I know STS did not have them, will these? Also, will there be repeated footage between DVDs like there was in STS?

Help Us Proof The New 2007 Cathe Catalog

RE: Help Us Proof The New 2007 Cathe Catalog - BM2 You rated Body Max 2 as intermediate in the catalog. Elsewhere I have seen it rated advanced. If you really think it is intermediate then fine, but I personally think it is at least as difficult as LIC which was rated intermediate/advanced.

    Pricing Question

First off, I absolutely love all of the workouts I own (Terminator, BM2, LIC, and DM). I think production quality is phenomenal, the music is fantastic, the premixes are wonderful, and I have no complaints about anything. I enjoy the video clips your site offers, and consequently, I have quite...

    Baby-Boomer Series

don't her workouts already do that?

    Bonus Footage

I love the bonus footage. I want more! 1. Alternate Warm-Ups 2. An actual Cooldown to go with premixes instead of having to walk around for 3 minutes (which I rarely do as much as I should). 3. Alternate and extended stretches Also, I love a feature on the 10 Minute Solution Carb...

    Favorite Yoga dvd?

I think this forum is only in reference to Cathe DVDs and videos. The OPEN discussion is more suited to answer a question like this.

    Cathe Raw!

I don't know...I feel like particularly in this last series it was pretty obvious Cathe and the crew were sweating. Also, in many of her videos you can see sweat spots on both her clothes and the cast's clothing. I do not have a problem with the current format of the workouts, but depending on...

Unofficial Poll: Rating the new DVD's

I do not have them all, but of what I do have: BodyMax2: 8.5 Low Impact Circuit: 8 Drill Max: 9 As a side note...I wish we could rank those premixes because I can assure you, many of them would get 10s in my book because I find them much more challenging than the actual workouts in some...

To Premix or Not To Premix?

I used to believe that the original workout was the only one worth doing. However, I recently started making month-long rotations like the following: Monday: Cardio Emphasis Video Tuesday: Upper Body Circuit Wednesday: Lower Body Circuit Thursday: Cardio Emphasis Video Friday: Upper Body...

Video Clips of the Hardcore Series

I cannot get any of the clips from the Hardcore Series to open. I tried all of the hints at the bottom of the page, does anyone else have a similar problem? What can I do? All of the other videos work perfectly.

    Shoveling snow

I completely agree. I can do Cathe videos and have even gotten to the point where I can at least do all of the exercises in her new videos at the same weight level as Cathe herself. I feel like I am in great shape. However, when I was shoveling snow for about an hour and a half...

    New Cathe DVDs

I would also like to add that these new workouts have fantastic premixes that shorten the workouts and allow you to focus on only upper body, only lower body, only cardio, only circuit, or only circuit with an emphasis on lower or upper body exercises. They range from 30 to 80 minutes long...

UPDATED "ULTIMATE GUIDE TO CATHE'S WORKOUTS"

RE: UPDATED When will you be updating the list with the difficulty levels of the new workouts? I recall you saying that it would be updated a few eeks after the videos were released...I want to see how they compare!
