    I’ve worked out with Cathe for years and I’ve gotten a lot of takeaway from her: change is always good and little changes such a reps, weights or tubing, angle change are all good. As she says if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you!

    I considered doing the two a day premix but truly didn’t think I’d have anything left in the tank for the second workout. That biceps workout alone was a killer. I did one body part per day following a outline I’d seen from someone posting the flow of the old CTX one body part per day program.

    Thank you! It actually feels much better only 4 days later but my brain and body both really needed this recovery week. The total body phase of STS2.0 is intense both physically and mentally. I’ve been contemplating doing a recovery week and my body forced me too. Things happen for a reason!
