Any PHA or metabolic or bootcamps or circuits or loops/bands/gliders coming up?

A lot of the Cathe Lives lately seem to be heavy weights (with a lot of upper body). Any chance of some PHA or metabolic or bootcamps or circuits or loops/bands/gliders? Those workouts are usually all I'm able to do since I'm struggling with shoulder arthritis. Fingers crossed!
 
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who'd like this! Some lighter weight work with a cardio effect (like a cardio sculpt) would be very much appreciated. Those workouts using heavy weights (and mostly upper body) all bother my shoulder and joints. I just can't hold onto heavy weights, and I don't have a barbell, so I'm just really missing options for those of us who don't want heavy weights. Even some lighter weight total body or body weight workouts (that aren't express).
