    Trying to save a rotation

    I'm trying to save a rotation to my calendar. I select the rotation and the date, then I click 'Place in my calendar' and then Save and Exit and nothing show up on my calendar. and I'm sure I got the start date/year right and everything. Nothing shows up on my calendar. Please help!

    When I press down on my stability there is quite an indent. I sort of sink into it on any exercise on my back. I'm thinking it needs to be inflated but how much? How can you tell?

    Anyone else having trouble?
