    Another series like RWH

After trying the ICE dvd's several times, I have to say I'm not loving this series. Straightforward lifting and hiit seems to fit the bill for me. Would love another series along these lines❤️

You have to incorporate your own cardio as it is purely a lifting program. STS requires Dumbbells, step with various risers,, bands, stability ball, turbo tower (or pull...

    Resistance Loops

I'm assuming you have tried Cathe's brand? I use them all the time and don't have issues. I think you're right in that all of them do tend to roll a bit. Probably not much help, but my two cents.:p

Muscle Soreness - Prompt recovery - Ginger

Funny you would bring ginger up Nckfitheart2009. I've recently started mxing apple cider vinegar, a bit of honey, water, ginger, and a pinch of cayenne for my morning protocol. Each of those things has great benefits, so I don't think I can go wrong!!

I pulled out Ice Metabolic TB yesterday and boy, what a workout! I think I was a bit fatigued beforehand so not sure if that played a role, but I got an excellent workout! I upped the weights on most of the exercises, but I think with even the weights Cathe is using, this is almost an advanced...

Cathe:D. I hope no one takes offense to this anecdote but the other day I commented to a friend that I sure hope Cathe doesn't die before me. Their response was, "with any luck, you'll both go on the same day!" All meant in fun, of course!!!!:p;)
