What a little gem of a workout! Plenty easy to heavy up and get a fast, fun upper body burner!

Swear...that's what I said too!
I just opened this set up a few weeks ago, and this was the first disc I chose. I didn't pre-order this set last year, but I got it for Christmas.
Last year this time (which is nearly a year now) I injured myself, but I can't be certain what happened or how I did it. Even in all my unfortunate crashes while mountainbiking, I have never experienced this type of on-going, debilitation, where you can't walk, not even down the steps are even 20 feet. Maybe it was from riding in the snow, I did have a couple of wipeouts, or lifting/training way too hard to relieve the stress of a nightmare relationship. All I know, something happened, and the first time I knew there was a big problem is when I got out of the car and landed on the street, no support on the left leg.
I'm sorry I am digressing, but this series is turning out to be terrific for me. I'm easing back into working out. I have not been on my beloved chariots since October, 2015, because I realized the torture I felt afterwards was making this injury chronic. Why not go to a doctor...no insurance, its just not right. Anyone without insurance knows the dread.
So the first workout was Upper Body and I am not exaggerating, afterwards I was on my knees in gratitude. After that I was super cautious doing Low Impact Sweat, which is FANTASTIC. Next morning I was dreading my first movements, but I was fine for the rest of the day, pain was around a 3. Accordingly, I've done everything but the lower body leg workouts. Bootcamp, Metabolic and Rock 'M were heavily altered, but that was easy to do. Lowered my weights to single digits and subbed all the impact for light movement on the rebounder. Although, I still can't get the hang of a step, stubbed my toe right away, and that was using only the platform, no risers. Duh, maybe I should put shoes on. I think I will just tape the floor in the size of a step.
Great set, makes me happy and I love the music.
The premixes make my head spin when I see how long the workouts can be, but saving those for a while up the road.
I am truly thankful to be able to move again and thanks so much to someone who knew I'd love these.
