I agree with vivbc , There is I think a wealth of information in the guide, and I like looking through it, it is very organized and detailed. I love seeing all the disk chapters, the weight Cathe uses and the detailed Premixes which there is a lot of !! There is info all about the program...

Hi CanadianCathlete, Just to add the step is used for lunges and squat cross over lunges and rear slide lunges etc. and upper body like fox2star said weight bench for chest. Also plank rows ( one hand on step) , squat thrust plank push up, push up dip challenge so you don't need a step to do...

Hey Jen Den I appreciate your love for Step and like reading about it , after all that's how I found Cathe ! :) I love the choreography in Low Max and when short on time will do the premix of step combos only which is about 44 mins, it's great ! Brigitte :)

exercise-lover I believe as long as your order is Fifty dollars after any coupons etc. are applied you qualify for free shipping. If your order includes any Cathe gear etc. it must have the little green truck to also qualify for free shipping. That has been my experience, hope this helps :)...
