I bought this morning. I did it immediately when I checked my email. I hope I will be able to do some of the cardio.

The yoga part sounds good especially if it is a more difficult level. I would not mind a yoga relax as well though.

The weight part sounds great and it looks like there are quite a few bonuses!

exercise-lover I believe as long as your order is Fifty dollars after any coupons etc. are applied you qualify for free shipping. If your order includes any Cathe gear etc. it must have the little green truck to also qualify for free shipping.

Please please please have the cast you have been having. I love Lisa S. Jen A. is so fit and keeps smiling. I love Jai, Brenda and the other Lisa as well. I think Lisa S motivates me because seeing her back takes me back to the good old days and seeing hot fit she is now is so motivating. And I love Al and would love to see him come back. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us!
