    For me, RWH is my all time favorite & the one I see the best results with. To change it up, I will do the ones Cathe combined with RWH (w/Strong & Sweaty or STS).

    Awesome workout-love those tap back squats (I think that's what Cathe called them), almost looks like a lunge but you squat & angle the weight down-it really gets into the front glute! I hope we see more of them!

    I wanted to add on just a short glute burn with the bands to end of my Rev'd Up workout & didn't see a premix for that so I just did parts I wanted & skipped through others (about 10-15 min for just lower). I can now see why I need the blender! Awesome burn by the way!
