    I am still so spent from over 2 hours of shoveling heavy snow yesterday I had to alter my rotation. My upper body needs a few days off so I went with Low Impact Cardio Supersets instead of Lite Body Weight and Bands.

    What a awesome comparison “masterpiece”. I totally agree, Cathe is a master at putting her workouts together pushing to the max then backing off a bit to allow recovery. She is always right there with me, encouraging me to finish and I love her commitment.

    Just finished Metabolic Blast today. I finished the Lite/Strong & Sweaty rotation and today started Lite/Ripped with HIIT. Loving the workouts and the results! I agree moves are fantastic and music motivational.

    I just did Strong & Sweaty Total Body Giant Sets. The pace is fast enough to keep your heart rate going and the weights are formidable.
