There's a lot of great ones on Cathe Live, for example I did #2 it was a HiiT with upper body.The HiiT workout could be done just by itself it's about 30 minutes.
On my Apple TV I would rewind with remote, but it doesn’t it won’t rewind, fast forward it just stays and loses sound. Hopefully it gets fixed.
I can try shooting it up from my phone but I’m so used to using remote

I’ve been having problems with trying to rewind the workout, it won’t allow me too and then I lose volume. Is that because of update? It just started happening on Saturday.

I love the fact I can print out what I need out of user guide. I don’t print out chapter pages and worksheets because I create my own. I put them in a binder in sheet protectors. I’ve done it for all the printable user guides. I think it’s a marvelous thing that it’s free. Like in anything else...
Last night looking over Cathe’s rotations I noticed that the ICE series has a rotation called “level 3” it looks challenging I’m excited to do it after I’m done with STS 2.0/Xtrain.
Has anyone done this rotation before?
I think there’s a science to Cathe’s thinking when she puts together a rotation ( I’m just guessing ) with STS 2.0. With heavy weight training and desirable outcomes there’s a certain way of building muscle ( again just guessing) if we trained with her Live one on one maybe it would be different...
