I must be missing something :/ I received a mini ball for my birthday. Any hints on max inflation? I had the straw that came with it to inflate with however when I quickly took the straw away and put in the plug, it lost just enough air to make it not tight. Thanks for any helpful hints!

Yes, that little ball is a pain to get inflated 
First of all, I couldn't get anything accompllished
with that little straw thing, completely useless for me. I use a stability ball pump to get it
inflated and try to inflate it just a bit more than I want and then when you're ready to pull
the pump out, have that little plug right there and move quickly! and I mean quickly!!
Usually it takes several attempts to get it just right! At least, that has been my experience.
