    Hi Lisa~ Thank you for both your suggestions. I will work on the 90 degree depth and also pull out my foam roller. I use that thing for my glutes and shoulders - cant believe I didnt think to use it for hip flexors! Thak you for your response.

    I think M1 would be very difficult to do without DVds because the counts arent simply regular lifting- theres pulses- holds etc... I think you could do M2 & M3 if you viewed it first.

    Hysterectomy--what did you do while recovering?

    Denise- I had a total 18 months ago. All I can say is follow your Drs orders! Your recovery instructions will be based on how the surgery itself went + the type of surgery. My Dr said I recovered in record time but that didnt mean the INSIDE was fully recovered. I felt tired for about 2 weeks...
