    New DVD slow to load?

I’m planning my workouts for the week and am previewing Killer Legs. Has anyone else noticed the new discs being slow to load or making weird noises as mine is doing now? My player is making a lot of noise and the disc just froze. I’ve never had problems with any Cathe DVDs. Guess I need to...

    Killer legs ✔︎

I just got mine a few days ago and am finishing a STS 2.0 total body week so I’ll try to incorporate it into my rotation next week. I hope Cathe includes it as part of her January 2024 rotation.

Music From STS 2.0 Series Part 2

i did super set’s yesterday and love that warm up song “written all over your face”. I also really love the song that starts right about the time the grouping with deadlifts, one arm rows and pull overs. In Trisets, I love the song that I think is the next to last before the cool down. Some...

    A Long Time Coming

Thank you love. I’m being very careful and not rushing into anything. But I know the direction I’m heading in. I can’t wait for butts and guts tomorrow.

    A Long Time Coming

Thank y'all for your concern and support. It means the world to me. This is my fitness family and I've always been an open book, keepin it real whether it was about my uphill battle to sobriety or anything else going on in my life. When I saw my gynecologist a few weeks ago, she told me and...

    A Long Time Coming

Its been a while since I've been on here and I wanted to thank Debinimi for reaching out to check on me. I've been super busy lately, I'm taking online training to learn to become a physical therapy aide in hopes of landing a somewhat decent paying entry level job in the medical field that has...

    Calendar in my hands

That's awesome! I actually went ahead and ordered Killer Legs and was going to order the calendar as well until I saw how much more shipping would be. I'm really tightening the belt and my upcoming post will explain why.....I hope the mail truck has a police escort so your DVD's will arrive...

    I never get sick!

I hope you feel better soon. Last year, I got sick at the beginning of December and was sick pretty much the entire month. I was negative for Covid and flu but coughed like I’ve never coughed before. I went like 5 straight days and nights coughing nonstop with no sleep. I think I slept on 3...

    Les Mills, anyone use??

Years ago, back in 2013 or 2014, I did several rotations of Les Mills Combat from Beachbody and I really enjoyed it. Dan and Rach were fun instructors, there was always a low impact modifier cast member, the music was good and it was different martial art forms like boxing, kickboxing...

Any updates on new 2023 workouts? 10/24/23

Speaking of older workouts I haven’t done in a while, this morning I did Athletic Training and I forgot what a great workout it is. And this week I’ll revisit some oldies but goodies including Great Glutes, Afterburn and FlexTrain!!!

Any updates on new 2023 workouts? 10/24/23

I held off on the preorder because there were no video clips. Right now I’m not sure about ordering any of them because I’m really trying to watch my budget, STS 2.0 was a wise investment and I’ve got about 90 or so other Cathe dvds that I haven’t done recently!!!! In fact I’m in here now...

    Muscle Definition

I’ve worked out with Cathe for years and I’ve gotten a lot of takeaway from her: change is always good and little changes such a reps, weights or tubing, angle change are all good. As she says if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you!

    Easy workout plan for ageing

Thank you! I looked up her website and I’m also gonna check out what she has for free on YouTube.

    Easy workout plan for ageing

I need to look up Jessica Smith. Now that my workouts have shifted to serious heavy weight work, which requires a lot of mental energy and focus as well as things like a very good nights sleep, I’ve found that I want my cardio to light and fun. I used to do turbo jam and turbo fire all the...

    I wouldn’t mind a PHA 4 dvd for a future series.

    Body Parts "Extreme" premixes

One of these days I’m gonna get me a blender too!!!! I have some ideas for mash up type workouts. I’d love to take Cardio Slam and add in core work here and there a la Cardio Core Circuit.

    Body Parts "Extreme" premixes

I considered doing the two a day premix but truly didn’t think I’d have anything left in the tank for the second workout. That biceps workout alone was a killer. I did one body part per day following a outline I’d seen from someone posting the flow of the old CTX one body part per day program.

Cathe, Jenn A, and Nicole in Gloved Up & Sweaty!

I was considering preorder on kickbox and killer legs but really wanted to see video clips before doing so.

    Easy workout plan for ageing

I agree with the others here about seeking a professional opinion regarding your injuries and what's the best approach for maintaining fitness. I'm 46 and currently rehabbing from a "glute meets the thigh" tweak from my foot slipping while doing warrior lunges on a disc during Strong & Sweaty...

    Recovery Week

I remember when I started the total body workouts , my arms and hands were even sore! Grip strength was being challenged big time. I never felt the need for a recovery week in the past because honestly, I wasn’t pushing myself that hard. It’s like the 3 years without alcohol, improved sleep...
