You're in for a treat! Since you enjoy Xtrain, ICE has some similarities & some of my favorites: LI Sweat, Rock'm Sock'm KB, Metabolic Total Body, & Bootcamp Circuit! We bought To the Mat much later, but I use it more frequently than I thought I would. And when doing an Xtrain rotation, I sometimes sub CLB for Cardio Leg Blast. So ICE gives you options for an Xtrain rotation too! And when doing Bootcamp Circuit, I always add the Blast cuz I'm liking it sooo much! It's the Bootcamp that motivated me to buy the others (I used to avoid Cathe's Bootcamps, but now I love the format!) I hope you enjoy the series as much as I do!I am thrilled those pointers helped!!
